Meet Justine

Justine Pringle adores chocolate, first and foremost. A Danish-South African  in New York City, she was named one of the “Top Ten Chocolatiers in North  America” by Dessert Professional Magazine. Justine grew up between the countries of Denmark, South Africa, and Switzerland, and in all of these  places, she ate chocolate every single day. She is the creator behind the  award-winning Nunu Chocolates, named “Top Ten Chocolates” by New York  Magazine and one of Bon Appetit’s “Best Chocolates in America.” Justine  transformed Nunu into a thriving brand with three NYC retail locations and a  plush national and international wholesale distribution arm. In early 2020,  she was featured on Chopped Sweets, a spinoff of the Food Network’s hit  show Chopped, where she competed against a roster of sugar-savvy pastry  chefs from across the US.

Justine continues to explore and expand her love of chocolate by developing new product lines and working with similarly minded brands. Chocolate is not just a passion, it’s a lifestyle.
