Our single-origin Colombian dark chocolate buttons. These can be used in so many ways: Baking, Cooking, Hot Chocolate, or one of our personal favorites: FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE!

Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe 

  1. Melt equal parts chocolate and heavy cream (or any cream substitute) together.
  2. Once melted, mix in glucose syrup or corn syrup to taste. Mix well until smooth, and let it cool.
  3. In a blender, add a cup of milk (or any milk substitute), 2 to 3 cubes of ice, and the chocolate mixture to taste—everyone loves a different level of "chocolatey", so we will leave it up to you!
  4. Blend well and serve.
